I had an amazing weekend in the heart of the city, just steps away from the main attractions. The location was perfect, especially with the convenient driverless metro nearby that took me to the beautiful lake in no time. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Although the bed was a bit rigid, it didn't hinder my overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its central location and excellent service. I had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was nice.

It wasn't the hotel fault, but the noise from outside in the morning and the church bell woke me up quite early. The light sleeper may need the ear plug or close the window.

Location is very good, in middle of pedestrian zone, with easy access to Metro. Excellent TV with full-function remote, so we could connect to camera and review the day's photos. Room had mini bar.

Lack of air-conditioning / good ventilation. There was a fan in the room, but it didn't draw in any outside air. Noise and cigarette smoke wafted in from street, necessitating closing window. Very stuffy. In the evenings, we left our door open to the hallway, but worried about security. Very small room for 2 adults. Difficult for both people to be dressing/packing at the same time. Breakfast is the usual European thing, but skimpy. No eggs, no toast. Hot milk never hot enough. View from breakfast room is of a grafitti covered wall.

Hotel Regina is centrally located, good for a visit to Lausanne. It is also close to the Metro, which makes it easy to go down to the lake.

Great Staff and Convenient Location the hotel's staff was very helpful and accommodating, even offering transportation passes to explore the city. the location was fantastic, close to restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. the room was clean and had all the necessary amenities.

Staff was friendly and helpful, the room were clean and comfortable, and it was easy to get to using the #2 Metro line from the train station.

Walls are thin, so loud people in the next room kept me awake.

This hotel is tucked away in the pedestrian area of Lausanne's old town, making it extremely convenient to explore the city center. The hotel is located very close to a major metro station, making it easy to navigate the city and visit other areas like Ouchy. The rooms are reasonably spacious by Swiss standards and offer a good view of the surrounding area. One reviewer mentioned that the staff and owner were very helpful, ensuring a positive and attentive service.

Excellent location if you want to be in the very center of the town. Good choice and if your budget is tight. However the staff could improve their sense of welcome and the breakfast could include at least fresh fruit.

Location right next to train station was very convenient for our travel to Geneva and around the city. Junior suite was very nice!

Bed was a bit hard and kids had to stay on a different floor and other side of the hotel, but hotel is not huge, so it was not too bad.
